Being our supplier is very important and supplier auditing will also be a complex job. We need to ensure that the supplier's product quality, corporate qualifications, warehousing, taxation, brand authorization, etc. are all reviewed, these work may take up to 60 days, and then we will sign the contract and training. Is it free for suppliers to join?
Yes, it's 100% free. It is free to join our network, but you need to meet our requirements.
What are the requirements for a new supplier?
You must be a real supplier with a real warehouse.
Your wholesale price must be lower than Amazon and eBay in order to incentivize our resellers to profit from your merchandise.
You must be able to guarantee that the label on which the item is shipped should not mention your name or wholesale price.
You must be able to ship your order within 2 days of order placing and provide a tracking code.
You must provide SupplyPro with an account in which we can obtain a tracking code via order.
Is there a minimum number of products?
Yes. We do ask that you have at least 20 items. The more the merrier. We prefer suppliers who have thousands of items.
How do I process returns?
SupplyPro offers a universal return policy that allows resellers to easily sell items from different suppliers using one return policy. This policy is recommended for all suppliers. However, suppliers may submit additional return policies with approval.
How does shipping work?
Once approved, SupplyPro staff will discuss all shipping options with you and choose the best method for your product selection. We help find the right shipping strategy, which will help make your product and pricing competitive in the marketplace.
